Description

This is the collection I brought to San Francisco.

Not a full catalog, only a deliberate selection of teas that express origin, craft, and range with clarity.

From the structured elevation of Taiwanese high mountain oolong, to the refined depth of Japanese green tea, to the naturally expressive character of Eastern Beauty Oolong, and the uncommon fermentation of Goishicha, each tea was chosen to show a distinct dimension of what tea can be when handled properly.

If you tasted these in San Francisco, this is your opportunity to return to them with intention.

If you did not, this is a clear place to begin.

This is not everything. It is what mattered.

Alishan High Mountain Oolong (Taiwan)
