Elegant, pure, and beautifully expressive; our Organic High Mountain Jade Oolong captures the serenity of tea cultivated among the clouds. Harvested from the prized QingXin cultivar and grown organically at high elevations, this oolong embodies harmony and refinement.
The tightly balled olive-green leaves are lightly oxidized (approximately 20%), preserving their floral essence and natural sweetness. When infused, they unfurl to release a stunning honeysuckle fragrance: sweet, floral, buttery, and luxuriously smooth. The pale golden liquor is light yet layered, evolving with each steeping to reveal soft minerality and a lingering, creamy finish.
Whether steeped in a teapot or brewed through the Gong Fu Cha method, this tea rewards patience and attention, unveiling new subtleties with every infusion.
