Unlike the greener, lightly oxidized styles often associated with Taiwanese oolong, Eastern Beauty is highly oxidized, giving it greater depth, richness, and some characteristics that may remind black tea drinkers of their preferred style; while retaining the aromatic complexity and structure of an oolong.
