Each tea is personally selected by Jennifer Nowicki, Certified Tea Specialist through the Specialty Tea Institute, drawing on nearly 30 years of experience in the tea industry and advanced training in professional tea evaluation and cupping. Rather than assembling a collection around quantity or familiarity, Jennifer selects teas that merit a place at this level: remarkable examples of origin, cultivar, production method, heritage, vintage, or artisan skill.
