This Coconut Lime Ginger Bread is a recipe that has gotten rave reviews in my local area. They love the sweetness of the coconut with the candied ginger bringing some sweet and spiciness to this sweet tea bread. It makes them feel they are on a tropical vacation. The lime in this bread will be subtle. Great for breakfast, dessert, Afternoon Tea, midday snack or any other occasion you can think of. Because this is a perishable item I will only send this to someone in the United States. I want to ensure freshness as much as possible. I do ask you give me at least 2 business days before I send this because I make this fresh to order. I have done this before on Etsy when I had my tea room and it went very well, so I am trying this again with hope that I get the same positive results.
